Update on Marathon Runner

So, the marathon running customer of mine went to his doctor today. He brought his charts from two weeks ago that showed evidence of heart palpitations. However, when they ran the same tests today, no heart palpitations were found!

He told his doctor about EFT, and the doc said that he had heard of it before, and recommended it. He also told him that he DIDN'T NEED MEDICATION. And, he encouraged him to continue running, but just to be safe, three weeks before the Boston marathon, he wants to run tests again.

My customer is so happy - he said that he is getting stronger and better every day. He knows now not just how to relieve his heart palpitations, but also how to deal with stress much better than ever before.

When you really learn how to deal with stress using EFT, it's just amazing how much relief you feel and sense. I'm so happy that I was able to assist my customer to get his running life back!

Marathon Runner Has New Hope

I just had a wonderful experience with a marathon-running customer of mine last week. He had bought my e-book on how to stop heart palpitations, and then stated that he was constantly having heart palpitations. He said that he had been having the palpitations for about two weeks straight, and that they were so bad, that he couldn't run very well anymore. Actually, he is quite amazing because he is in his 50s, and actually wins some marathons in his class.

He was getting about 10 heart palpitations per minute. In reality, it was a blessing in disguise to have the opportunity to work with someone who was having heart palpitations in the moment. Many of us get them very sporadically, so it's difficult to tell if any progress is actually being made, etc...

After doing EFT with him for a while, the palpitations stopped, and he said that he could tell that his heart felt strong again, and he knew that it was working. I could hear the excitement in his voice, and I was very happy for him. We were doing it! EFT was working it's magic once again... We were actually finding a way to stop his heart palpitations from slowing him down.

When he started to get the heart palpitations two weeks ago, he had called his cardiologist and he actually has an appointment to go in this Thursday. At the time, he was very concerned about the possibility of having to go on drugs to control them, or worse, having to have surgery... He was very worried.

But now, he feels like he can cancel his appointment! Then he said that he would probably keep the appointment, since the insurance is paying for it anyway, and then let the doctor see that he's okay now! What more proof is needed?

He went and ran long distance very soon afterward, and said that his heart beat strong the entire time, except towards the end. But then, he just did the tapping process on himself and the heart palpitations stopped again! He was very happy that he could control the palpitations, and I was so very happy for him.

To me, this is just amazing. EFT is an amazing tool to control heart palpitations. If you want more information, go to www.heartpalp.com on how to get instant relief for heart palpitations.

Alternative healing

I thought of something else that I wanted to discuss, and that is alternative healing. I have prided myself on always being reasonable, logical, and open minded when it comes to anything, and I do have a background of using vitamins when you were considered to be a "health freak" if you did, etc... But what I wanted to do is to discuss alternative healing methods, and also western societies block with regard to anything that doesn't come out of the mouth of a doctor.

It is very interesting to me that modern medicine is very closed minded when it comes to any healing technique or process outside of what is taught in medical school. Personally, I believe that the best way to test any claim or technique or process out is to SIMPLY TRY IT YOURSELF! I don't need some report to tell me what works or what doesn't work - I know from experience. I know, for example, that taking B-complex vitamins makes me feel calmer, and I can even smell the vitamin in the pores of my skin. I also know that getting a massage feels really good! Music relaxes me, hiking replenishes me, and sky-diving thrills me beyond words (only did it once though). So, what is the big deal about trying things out for yourself? Why do people feel the need to only follow what mainstream media feeds them?

I know that if it had not been for my more adventurous spirit, and open mind, that I would never have found out about EFT. I would have never tried it on my heart palpitations. I would never have cured myself of a back injury in seconds. I would have never helped my son get over his IBS problem. I would never have relieved the pain of a knee injury on my youngest son, or relieved myself of emotional pain over many things.

Call it whatever you want, but I believe that the best way to evaluate anything is to try it out for yourself. And if you're concerned about wasting time and money, then only do the things that have a money back guarantee! I was just thinking about sky-diving with that one - guaranteed to thrill you beyond belief or your money back... Well, I guess it doesn't apply to everything, but I think you get what I mean.

EFT is easy to learn, and free, and everyone has been trained by society to believe that "if it is good to be true, then is probably is". What a limiting statement that is!!!! What I say is, try it and see for yourself. What have you got to lose? I like the Nike commercial in a case like this - "just do it". Just try it and see, because there are many doctors, therapists, psychologists, and coaches who are recommending EFT.

What happened to people's adventurous spirit? The problem is that there are so many bogus claims by so many companies that we have become numb to everything. But thank goodness that there are still people out there willing to try new things despite the news media and societal views. To me, EFT is amazing, and just the tip of the iceberg of what the human mind is capable of achieving and doing. Our minds really are a lot more powerful than we give them credit for. One of the things that I stress in my e-book is that customers need to see their doctors first before they use the techniques and processes in the e-book. You need to do this in order to rule out any possibility that your heart palpitations are harmful, or indictactive of a more serious condition.

Once you have gone to your doctor and gotten your clean bill of health, then you can use the technique described in the e-book. This technique is a little known energy healing modality called EFT. EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. I applied this technique to myself and got amazing results. The e-book contains information on how to apply EFT specifically for heart palpitations, but what is even more amazing is that EFT can be used for many things.

I still use EFT for many things now, but what I have found is that I don't seem to need to use it nearly as much as I did in the beginning. Currently, I don't ever do EFT for my heart palpitations because they are so infrequent, or so faint that I can't even really tell if I am having them or not.

Anyway, I'm hoping that my customers will find the e-book easy to read, and easy to use. It would bring me great pleasure to hear of hundreds of success stories!

Instant Relief for Heart Palpitations website...

Okay, so I spent thousands of dollars in coaching and about 9 months of time developing my website. Now, it's a matter of getting the word out about it - how to relieve heart palpitations simply and easily..

My name is Steve Daugherty, and I'm working with a company called EWI (Enlightened Wealth Institute) to build a website and sell an e-book...

The experience has been very good, but like anything else, there are bumps along the way. The sister company to EWI is Prosper Learning. This is a coaching company that basically coaches people in a number of different wealth creating fields, such as real estate, stock market, and Infopreneuring. Infopreneuring is really selling information on the internet via e-books and other media. I chose Infopreneuring because it fit me best... The coaching was really good, except that there were some missing holes in it - such as, how to write an e-book! I actually had to go buy an e-book on how to write e-books... The author's wife laughed too...

So, this is my very first blog! I don't know how worthwhile it's going to be to have this, or whatever, but I have been asked to create a blog - and so here it is!

Everything I wrote about on my website, found at www.heartpalp.com, came from me. I suffered from 20 years of heart palpitations, and the doctors always told me something like, "they're harmless PVCs (premature ventricular contractions) - just avoid caeffine, stress, cold medicine, and you'll be fine." Even when I had recurring bouts of it, they would run tests, determine that I did have heart palpitations, and then just tell me the same thing. The biggest factor seemed to be stress. Whenever I was REALLY stressed out in life, my heart palpitations would act up again...

One time, before I knew how to heal myself, my heart palpitations got so bad that I had to be admitted to the Emergency room. As I lay there in the emergency room, I suddenly had an attack! My heart started beating over 100 beats per minute, after beating at about 70. I called the nurse in, and he came in right when it was happening. However, all he did was tell me he would rush to get the doctor. By the time the doctor got there, the racing had subsided. The doctor acted as if I was hallucinating! He said, "Steve, everything is fiiinnnneee (as he peered into my face with a strained look). There is no record that anything happened just now. Are you okay? Is something bothering you?" He looked at me as if I was crazy... I was shocked... I thought, okay, I'll play his little game, and rather then defend myself, I said nothing. I thought, I'll just do all I can just to get out of this awful hospital since they are refusing to do anything for me.

This is Kaiser Permanente in Woodland Hills, California. This happened about 2 years ago. Kaiser Permanente in Panorama City misdiagnosed my mother's colon cancer back in 2000, and she died from it. So, I have no idea why I stayed with them - except that I couldn't afford better health care at the time. I don't have them now - what's the point if they won't do anything for you? Sorry for my ranting and getting off track...

But as I lay there, contemplating what just happened, I thought, I'm going to see if I can make my heart race through pure thought. I started to think of the scariest thing I could think of - and as I did, my heart began to race. I was trying to get my heart rate over 100 beats per minute so that I could get the doctor to believe me that I had a problem, and then suddenly I realized, maybe I don't. Maybe my heart palpitations were all caused by my thought - by my negative thoughts... As I lay there thinking about it, I realized that I had allowed myself to get very stressed out about my life, and that I had the power through my thoughts to either raise or lower my heart rate. In that moment, I chose to think better thoughts. This was my first recognition of the power of my mind.

A few months later, a friend of mine found out that I was a Life Coach, and introduced me to an energy healing technique. It took me about 3 nights of reading to really get it, but after that, I went on a healing rampage! I seriously could not believe how well it worked. I was healing myself of emotional pain from my divorce, my son's knee pain, my other son's IBS problem, my aunt's back pain, my own back pain and shoulder pain, and much more... I didn't stop at anything!

The next thing that happened was that I decided to write an e-book on how I got over my heart palpitations so that other people who have them could get relief. What I have found out in my own experience with all of this is that our minds are VERY powerful... The mind has much more healing power than I ever realized... Doctors understand that stress is a major factor in most ailments, but they typically want to prescribe drugs for everything. I was on beta-blockers myself for a time. This worked to a degree, but I had strange side-effects that made me want to get off of them.

For anyone who is sufferring from heart palpitations, please see your doctor first - you want to rule out any chance of your heart palpitations being dangerous. Normally, they are not. However, they can be dangerous if they are associated with any type of heart disease. Again, please see your doctor first. I wrote this e-book for people who have been told by their doctors that their heart palpitations are harmless.

Anyway, so, I'm very curious about blogging, and I think this is a very cool way to get to know people who are having problems with their heart palpitations, and others too perhaps. Also, I am very much into Life Coaching, and creating abundance through using the power of the mind, etc... So, I'm wondering if I should write about that stuff here, or just keep this purely for heart palpitations information. I'm not sure yet.
